Sail Beyond Cancer USA is the national coordinating organization charged with ensuring that the mission of honoring those challenged by cancer by harnessing the healing powers of wind, water, and sail is delivered consistently through each local Sail Beyond Cancer chapter.
SBC USA is also responsible for assisting with the development of new Sail Beyond Cancer chapters across the United States.
